■ Events ■ December 2, 2011 MercBloc was pleased to attend the holiday get together of NYMEX members organized by former members Harvey Wachman and Sherry Zabel. A great time was had by all; reminiscing about old "war stories" and renewing old friendships. September 22, 2011 President Dan Dicker was honored to appear as a participant in the United Nations "High Level Roundtable of World Leaders and Experts" discussing food and oil speculation in the futures markets and the call for a new international consensus on price stability.
